Delivery and production

Delivery — from our workshop to your windows

Getting custom blinds across an ocean sounds complicated—so we made it feel effortless.

How it works

  1. Built, boxed, and out the door in 30 days - the moment your design is approved, our Ukrainian craftsmen begin production. Rigorous quality checks at every stage guarantee that only flawless blinds leave the factory.
  2. 21-day coast-to-coast arrival (on average) - we partner with trusted carriers and use priority air-freight lanes, shaving days off the typical import timeline. Whether you’re in downtown Toronto or the foothills of the Rockies, most orders reach your site in three weeks or less.
  3. Smart routing, season-proof planning - delivery times can flex with distance, provincial regulations, or winter weather. Our logistics dashboard constantly recalculates ETAs, reroutes shipments if storms threaten, and updates you in real time.
  4. Live tracking & proactive alerts - from “freight booked” to “out for delivery,” you’ll know exactly where your blinds are. Prefer a phone call? Email digest? SMS ping? Choose your update style and we’ll keep you in the loop.
  5. White-glove finale - our Edmonton team receives, inspects, and—if you opt-in—delivers the crates directly to your site, ready for same-day installation. No curbside mysteries, no missing hardware.
